Peak of Paws

Introducing "Peak of Paws" this is the project that my team PD5 created in order to try to go to the Dragon's Den an event like the show with real bussiness members that can purchase your project. This game was inspired by Party Platformer games like "Chicken Horse" or"Move or Die". In this game the players have to race eachother to reach the top of the mountain in order to win. To fullfil this objective the player will need to jump, place blocks and block the others path to make you ascend!

  • Designed and built part of the level.

  • Designed all the structures and created the basic metric for all the game.

  • Designed the different platforms.

  • Designed the different functionality of the two players.

  • Designed the mechanic of placing blocks in any way in order to make it fun and the gameplay more fast.

  • Modified some values of the players, in order to adjust the jumps, the bounce, the movement and the acceleration.

  • Modified the win conditions and adjusted the level end.

  • Adjusting and testing the different characters, and modifying the cooldown of placing blocks.

  • Created different mechanics related to the blocks and how the player interacts with.
